The Project Manager is responsible to oversee the successful planning, coordination, and control of projects from bid acceptance to completion. This team member must be extremely organized, detail oriented, able to communicate clearly and have critical problem-solving skills so that every job is completed on time and within budget. This leadership position comes with the responsibility of leading oneself well, leading the team well and representing the company well in the field.
Responsibilities and Duties
Monitor and report job costs
Schedule and coordinate job site and subcontractors
Negotiate job/price changes
Order job materials
Communicate with General Contractor
Coordinate with Production Engineer for production and field reports
Coordinate field needs with Field Operations Manager
Qualifications and Skills
Technical degree or greater
Construction/Millwork industry experience of at least 3 years a must
Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings
